Payment Conditions

1. the goods remain the property of modellers loft until full payment is received and all good will only be shipped upon cleared funds.
2. goods may take up-to 28 days delivery period, average delivery time is 3 working days. Prices include vat at 20.0%

Right of Cancellation

1. we offer to exchange the goods within 7 days of purchase.
2. we offer a 7 day money back guarantee, providing the goods are returned to us in the same saleable condition as they were received.

Although we will exchange the item we do not pay the cost of you returning the item, but we will exchange the item, within the 7 days guarantee period.

Shipping

We offer free delivery for all UK mainland addresses. For other countries delivery is charged at a flat rate of £20.00 per order.

You may also choose to collect from our shop which is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm. Please call us to ensure your order is ready before collecting.

Your Legal Rights

All customers have the legal right to cancel the contract. In order to cancel you must inform us within a period of 7 days starting on the day after the goods are received by you. In case of cancellation, we will return the payment to you within 30 days of the cancellation. If the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost.
